About IBC Systems LLC

The Story

IBC Systems LLC, formerly Ian Brittan Consulting LLC, was established in 1998. Our initial goal was to provide specialized consulting services for Chicago's AEC community and professional services organizations, and a similar goal remains in place today. We've expanded our scope, yet our core principles of providing excellent service and improving business functionality drive our daily activities.

The company was founded with one principal member and has expanded to include a small staff, with each individual bringing diverse skills and perspective to our projects. As often happens in small businesses, our employees wear many hats. This is no different than what we experience at our client sites each day.

We recognized early on the need for personalized service for small businesses that cannot always justify the cost of maintaining full-time IT staff. The average multi-hat employee who is trying to maintain a server while also handling his or her primary job responsibilities may be overwhelmed or unfocused due to conflicting priorities. We have developed a number of options to reduce that employee's technology involvement and increase his or her business productivity. As an alternative, we can also train your employee to efficiently handle a greater bulk of your technology needs with confidence.
